It was comforting to have each one by our side to make what could be a very stressful process so much smoother. I really appreciated how they kept me up to date with our timeline so I was able to stay on top of inspections, closing, and the million other to dos you face when buying and selling a home. Their knowledge of the market was very helpful when figuring out what price we should list our house. As a result of their knowledge of the market and neighborhood our house was only on the market for less than a week.  Juli-Ann and Carol work great as a team. They compliment each other's strengths and weaknesses. Also, since I worked with both someone was always available for me to talk to. Their response time was always within a hour if I needed something. It was also so helpful having their help after we moved into our new house and was still in the process of selling our old house. My husband and I have very busy lives including 4 children under 4 and we really appreciated how Carol and Juli-Ann would meet workmen at our old house so we wouldn't have to be there. This was a huge weight off our back not having to worry about the logistics if owning two homes.
